Our Domestic Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on retail orders over Rs. 2499.00 in India.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled holidays.
All orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Customized Print orders (of tags and stickers) will be shipped in 5-6 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday, will be processed the following Monday.
No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays.
Customized Box orders do not qualify for these shipping and delivery timelines.
Delivery time is calculated from day of order dispatch.

Delhi: 2-3 Days,
Metro Cities 3-6 Days,
South India 7-10 Days,
North India 5-7 Days,
North East India 10-15 Days
West India 5-7 Days,
Central India 5-7 Days,
Jammu and Kashmir 10-15 Days
*Express Shipping available only in Major Metro Cities.
Incase of unavoidable delay by the postal companies, the express delivery charges will be converted into standard shipping rates. Rs. 125 will be reimbursed to the customer.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between chicachoc and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Country for the resolution of any disputes.
