How long will it take to receive my order?
The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. The handling time is 1-3 business days (no orders get shipped on Sunday) . After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 2-4 business for days for metro cities and 4-7 days for other cities.
COD orders can usually take longer to get delivered as compared to prepaid ones.

-Its a Birthday Gift and i need before a specific date….
Please contact me via call if you need your order before a specific date to ensure that your order is processed asap!

-Do we get a tracking number after we order?
Yes, all orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email via the courier service. So please be sure to include a real e-mail address!

-Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it’s way.

-Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once you place your order it cannot be changed after. Most orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for me to cancel/change an order, but in some cases i can, just email me and i will try to help you out. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want.

-Can I refund or exchange my order?
In some cases refunds are allowed up to 7 days, just make sure to email me with your order number and full situation to chicachocinfo@gmail.com and I will be glad to assist you. The Return cost of the product is to be bared by the customer. So, please double check all measurements on our product descriptions before you place the order so it is the perfect fit for your savories.

Our Shipping Partner is SHIP ROCKET. We Choose from the best available courier service at the time of processing, such as Delhivery. Fedex. Bluedart. Ecomexpress. Xpressbees. Ekart. DotZot. ShadowFax.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CHIC A CHOC purchase. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email at chicachocinfo@gmail.com and we will make things right ASAP.

Payments

We accept payments through all major online payment channels.

GST of 12% and 18% are charged according to the product.

Shipping & Returns

In case of new unopened package

At Chic a Choc, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. No refunds will be made for less than Rs. 5000.00. A credit voucher will be created that you can apply to your next purchase.

To process the exchange or return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Kindly email the video evidence of opening the package.
  2. Describe the reason for return. Please note that the credit voucher reimbursement will be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.
  3. Send the returned products properly packed and specifying the order number and contact email to:

  4. Once we receive the package and check its state, we will proceed to issue a credit voucher of the price amount of products.
  5. If you return part of the products of the same order, the amount to be returned will be calculated considering the price of the products acquired at the end, not the total products of the original order.
  6. The transport costs of the return will always be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns sent using cash on delivery.
  7. In no case will the amount paid for the delivery of your order be returned once you have been charged.
  8. Under no circumstances can a personalized or customized product be returned.
